Realtor Co-Marketing Program

What? A Banker that wants a Realtor to Succeed??? Will he put his money where his mouth is???!!! What??? Yes!

So here is the deal-
I partner with only 1 Realtor in a zip code.

I WILL BUY YOUR DOOR HANGARS!!!
I WILL BUY YOUR FLYERS!!!
We will do a Co-Marketing venture.

I pay for design and printing.
You pay for distribution (or do it yourself).

Good old fashion business states that if I help you get what you want, That I will get what I want, (thank you Zig for the wisdom, god rest his soul).

Realtor: I need more business!
Me: What can I do to help you get more business?
Realtor: I don't know, I just need more business.
Me: I will help you if you are willing to help yourself, and MEAN IT!!!
Realtor: I mean it!!!
Me: Ok then let's do this....

First thing I want you to do is select 2 - 100 house geographical farms.
Make sure that you can get to these farms easily, because you are going to be walking these farms every week.
We will be placing these-

Of course you will get approval on design, and your picture will replace Alfred E Newman's et al- (fancy hu?).

The requirement is that these Door Hangars are placed once a week on a consistent day (Wednesday) 2 farms of 100 houses.
I will print 1,000. This will last 5 weeks, if the Co-Marketing venture is a success then I will continue to print till we are Billionaires.

Next thing is to chose a place to blog-

Then BLOG!!! Place it on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, the internet's, the post office, your mother-in-law's window...
Blog at a minimum two times a week, It does not have to be about real-estate you just need to get out there.

Make sure you are not a secret!!!

Next thing is to select a day for "meet up". You are going to go to these meeting a minimum of 2x a month http://www.meetup.com/
The meetup does not have to be Real-Estate Related... just get out there!!! If you are out in the community then you are no longer a secret!!!

The next thing that we are going to do is that I will sponsor you for Rebo_gateway. This is a 3 month commitment and if it proves successful then I will continue till were are Billionaires.
